what legal grounds available against husband for divorce?

My husband married me by stating false education status.he drinks and does sex which is unbearable and earns a few which is not sufficient for me and my 2 year old child. i want divorce but he doesn't in this case what should i do and i have no money for legal steps. i want help plz help
You can file divorce petition on the ground of cruelty by your husband you can also seek maintainance from Court..... If you really don't have money for legal proceedings than you can contact me ,I can provide it without and cost.
