As per Section 19 of the Famil Court act, the matrimonial cases should be tried where the wife is residing. By which, your cases would have transferred to where your wife is residing. If there is no presence on your wife side then the mediators would refer the matter back to the court for further proceedings. Even thereafter also, if your wife failed to appear then the court would pass an exparte order against her. But her absence is not a valid reason to seek transfer the case to other places and the court wouldn't entertain your plea of seeking transfer of the case.

Sir,
According to my understanding from your version, the High Court transferred your case is it?, then you have attend the proceedings at the new place ok, if your wife not attending the proceedings and playing delaying tactics then you approach the High Court for speedy disposal of the case.
