It seems from your query that you want to join the matrimonial home and enjoy the conjugal rights with each other . If that is the case then you can ask for the mediation in between the proceeding of dv act going on . And you can file for restitution also if they have deserted you out of your wedlock and can insist for the protection also if you doubt the intention of your in-laws or if you are suspicious about their behavior in future .

No this is not right . what are qualifications of your husband?

If your husband is qualified then he is bounded to take care of you.

If he is not maintained that so you can file case against him and in laws.
Kindly provide me full facts of that case so i can give you proper guidence.

Dear Ma'am,
You have legal remedies available to you. Your case appears to be one wherein you have been harassed and traumatised mentally in your matrimonial home. You have to pursue your dv case diligently. A case for maintenance has to be filed as well, wherein you will need to produce documents of your husband being employed. I am presuming that a divorce case has not been filed.
