Q: If FRI is registered can i get passport ?

In august, fir was filed against me for making a fake id of my friend. I wrote an apology letter with photostate of my adhaar card and my friend's father submitted in the police station where they filed the complaint. Its been 5-6 months to the incidence. I need to apply for passport. So do i need to mention anything there. If i tick no there and when the poilce will come for verfication what will happen. I have not told my parents about fir filed against me. What should i do ?,can i get passport if i have fir against me ?

Yes you should mention there while filling form of passport , otherwise at the time of verification you could be in trouble . at the time of verification if these facts come to knowledge that you have done this and you did not mentioned it can not be better for you.

Q: what happens if wife doesn't appear in court, can court give decision ex parte ?

Hi, I have filed null n void case against my spouse as she didn't disclose her earlier marriage happened before my marriage and didn't take the divorce from her 1st marriage. Now, Neither she has been accepting the summon and nor coming to the court on hearing. Don't know the status of summon? What should I do that she would accept the summon and incase if she wouldn't appear after receiving the summon, what happens when a spouse doesn't show up for divorce court ?,Ex partie decision would be granted by the court? Generally after how many summons, it takes to give ex-partie if she would not come to the court? Just I need to that my null and void decision would come out successfully at earliest to process on my life further.

If your wife is not receiving summon or summon is not serve her due to other problems so you have to wait for receiving summon and if she received summons and don't come to court after 3 to 4 adjournment so it would be exparte order court can give against her.

Q: What is security cheque ?, how to prove that cheque was given as security

A person takes a loan of Rs. 5 lakhs and as a security he gives a cheque for Rs. 5 lakh. Subsequently he fails to repay the loan and the cheque is deposited and bounced. He claims that the cheque was a security cheque, hence as per Apex Court decision, there was no discharge of liability. what is security cheque ? What are the decision on this. Thanks in Advance.

A person who does not have money to repay the loan so how can they use his cheque to payment. This is obvious when he does not have money he can not pay so he should declare himself insolvent. ....

Second motion issues not initiating second motion of divorce husband lives abroad family is here n not responding also making excuses

Q: Wife wants divorce byt I do not

We are in a relationship since August 2018 and got court marriage done on January 22nd 2020. I am a Bengali and she is a Delhiite. We had a very tough time convincing her parents for this interstate marriage.All went very well and we had our engagement and ring ceremony on January 22nd 2020 along with getting our marriage registered in West Bengal.The next day I had an argument with my wife and she felt very down. Later in the weekend when she reached Delhi, she decided to separate and file for a divorce.The reasons she has specified that we are not compatible and we do not understand each others' opinion and feelings. She also said that we are very different and she does not see a good future with us.I have tried to convince her that I will eliminate my negative vibes from myself and I am really willing to give this relationship another chance and I said that we can work out for the betterment of our relationship.Unfortunately she is standing firm on her decision to separate.

hi dear, if you want to file a divorce case, it would be not possible for you, because you have just married with her, you have to take time for filing a divorce petition but we can help you by another legal proceedings.
