My wife wants to separate. I dont. What are my options ?

If wife petition for separation but husband not agree the separation. Cause is she not adjust with mother in law then what to do husband?who get 5 months baby custody?if husband rejected separation notice then court take any legal steps on husband?
You need file immediately restitution of conjugal rights alongwith child custody and ask your mother to file a complaint under section 12 of domestic violence act against your wife being an aged lady which will attract courts attention.

If the court finds substantial evidence that your wife is unable to residence with you or your family, after several attempts of service, the matter can go ex parte against you. If you seek custody of your baby, it is better to appear and file a petition in respect of the same.
