IF it is true then you may be book for adultry but to save your self from the cluches of legal battle you should make a complaint against the lady that she did not tell you this fact that she was married earlier and thereafter you should approach a anticiparltory bail because once a FIR is register then police may arrest you.

In court marriage the lady had submitted affidavit.what contents were in affidavit? Is there any concealment of fact? If yes,then u should provide complete set of photocopies of court marriage documents.there after any solution is possible.

Ii is punishable under Indian Penal Code, and Marriage is null and void under The Hindu Marriage Act.
However, you can take a plea that the same fact has been conceal by the Girl.
It was not you fault, as you married the girl with a bona fide believe she was unmarried at the time of Marriage.

Hi, as per the law you can't marry a lady if her spouse is living. This is against the ethics and law. You may ask that lady to take divorce from her husband and then marry with her. Otherwise, your marriage will not be legal and you may be facing some cases in future.
