It is a clear case of Domestic Violence and no one can harass a woman in her dwelling house for any reason. The harassment could be physical as well as mental as well. In most of the cases in-laws take advantage of the submissive attitude of women and they do go to any extreme. So all of them could be punished for the committing Domestic Violence. For that you better first come out of your matrimonial home and be with your parents. Before that reveal what you are going through to your parents and thereafter file a formal complaint to the concerned Police station and then you could file a Petition for Domestic Violence before the competent court. your in-laws and your husband are playing with your ignorance and innocence. you have all remedy and protection in the law.

Yes u can take legal steps against your inlaws if they r harrassing & abusing u .You can file complaint with women cell against your inlaws who will call yr inlaws to get the things resolved & if dont then we can file case in court to get FIR registered against your inlaws for their prosecution.After FIR they will not get bail & things will settle down in your life.

You can file a complaint before the mahila court. The act of your in-laws falls under section 498A and you should have lodge an FIR in this regard. Don't shy away. If you father in law is having such a gruesome intention you must approach the police. You can simply file a case against them for harassment . It would be sufficient to teach them a lesson how to behave with daughter in law. Your husband is also liable to non action. Your husband can't divorce you with having any valid ground. Don't worry. u can file sexual harassment case against ur father in law . non conceiving is not an offence on the other further if u conceal any fact regarding ur health problem the reason for not conceive then its a good ground for divorce if ur husband needs divorce .
