I want to file divorce what is the procedure

I left my husband after 3 months of our marriage and now i would like to file divorce. I left him because he lied everything about him like salary own house etc. He married me just he want to have sex he use to torture me by keeping condoms and touching me without my conscent.

I assume that your marriage has completed one year, then only you can claim divorce.
Otherwise if your marriage is performed under fraud then you can apply for nullity under the law.

however, you will have to also file criminal complaint against your husband to strengthen your divorce case.
Whether he is working anywhere now ? If he is working and earning then you can also claim alimony.
