I have given 5000 for stay & 15000 for mediation what to do now.

I filed rcr n after that she filed divorce n 498 a.i was on stay by high court for that I gave 5000 n 15000 for mediation.but i have stay copy but 15000receipt not given.now one year completed.lawer not paid money in high court n told ur mediation denie.i told return my money.he giving only date.he cheated me.i have recording in that he told I will return money.

आप सर्वप्रथम संबंधित मीडिएशन सेंटर जाकर पूर्ण रूप से वास्तविक स्थिति का पता कर लें , इसके बाद आप यदि चाहें तो अपने अधिवक्ता के विरुद्ध संबंधित बार कौंसिल तथा स्थानीय बार एशोसियेशन में साक्ष्य के साथ लिखित शिकायत दर्ज करा सकते हैं।
