You strongly contest the case of divorce and u would suceed futher u have filed restitution of conjugal rightd get it in your favour so u will suceed and ur husband will not get divorce so defend ur case well.

You have filed an application for the restitution of conjugal rights and the same is pending. Wait for the order and no court will turn down your prayer and if you have merits in the case court must order in your favour. If at all your husband wants divorce , let him file and you can defend it. You can instruct your lawyer to do whatever you say and bluntly deny any effort to go for mutual settlement.

When a person is not ready to live with you means you should respect your individuality and respect his decision, you can be friends even after divorce. When your husband is not at all interested to live with you or continue the matrimonial relation means you can't force him to continue the same as he is not a kid force him for the relation. Go for mutual and have a peaceful separation as life doesn't stop to him only you may get better person if you wish.
