Husband is wanting divorce what to do

I got married last June'16. My husband drinks, abuses me. They said before marriage that he's completed his ug degree but he's jus completed his 12th. Last Friday we had a quarrel and i had come to my parents house. He said he will send divorce notice in a month. But I'm not ready to divorce my husband. I want to live with him
In case, if he send a divorce notice, you send a reply to him by mentioning your willingness to lead the marriage life. If he refused to call back you to matrimonial home then you may filing a petition to restitution of conjugal rights to live with him. If he files a divorce petition then you file restitution of conjugal rights which means that you wanted to live with him nu. More over in divorce case also you tell the court that you are not willing for divorce.

Good thought. If you want to live with him, legally there is no bar as both of you are legally wedded. However, if he drinks and abuse you regularly, he need to be corrected. Wait for some time and if he sends notice, then we will react.

If you want to live with your husband then you have to go back to your husband and live with him. You try to slowly change his behaviour and habits. If you try sincerely you can change him. Try to remain quiet when he comes home drunk. Dont argue with him when he is having drinks or if he comes home after drinking. Talk to him when he is normal. With your love you can change him. Go back to your husband immediately. Dont allow him to send divorce notice to you. just go to your husband house and start a new life. if you need your husband do not find fault. try to be patient..
