First u have to take preventative measures to counter the evidences your husband has collected against u . there after it will not be easy for him to give u divorce and as far as maintainence is concerned u can file a maintainence against him.

Agar aap husband k sath rahna chahti hain to apke husband apko jabardsti divorce k liye force nahi kar sakte.agar aap unke sath nahi rahna cgahti to mutual consent u/s13-b ka petition family court me file kar sakti hain.apko gujara bhatta v mil sakta hai unke income k accordingly.thik hoga aap apne husband k sath rahe aur wo apko ghar se bahar karte hain to unke against domestic violance act 2005 ka ya 498-a' ka case file kar sakti hain.

You can file Restoration of conjugal right case in family Court.
By this your husband has to live with you.
And if he delay in the meantime you can file maintenance.
This is the best remedy for you.
You can also file complain case in court relating to Dowry against your husband and his family members.
It depends on you according to your situation.
By criminal case you can pressure them to compromise.
