How to get a transfer of divorce case from Gurgaon to Nashik

My sister is ill (multiple strokes, surgeries leading to physical and mental shortcomings). Her husband and she have had a difficult marriage since the time she had her first stroke in 2010. They have a 9yo son together. Husband requested my parents to bring her with them to Nasik for some time, where she is now undergoing treatment for the past 10+ months. Husband recently sent a divorce notice, which he has filed in Gurgaon. We want the case to be transferred to Nasik because she or my old parents cant travel, and ultimately we would like a decent mutual divorce.
u can approach before High Court of delhi for transfer the case under section 24 of civil procedure code 1908.
actually husband file a divorce against wife. and wife also wanna divorce therefore in case wife is not appear the fixed date , then court pass exparte order. partly allowed the divorce.
wife wanna maintenance then she file separate case against husband where she is residing ( i.e. Nasik)
there is no need of file mutual divorce but u have then approach delhi HC

On medical ground case can be transfered at your location .But you need to pay their travelling expenditure and staying arrangement at Nashik and give them assurance about it then only court may consider it.
