Immediately give a written letter of information about these facts to your local police station and the copy should be given to D. C. as well else you might face arrest in false cases instituted by your wife.

It is good that your wife is refusing to stay with you and she will be in trouble if she gives you in writing over email that she does not want to reside with you and your parents and jewellery she received at the time of marriage is stridhan whichbis hers by law but if you divorce her you can claim your part back

It is her jewellery, she can take it with her, it is no offence at all. now the question is at present you say that she is pregnant. And her family members abuses you to get her at your house.
Look it is absolutely personal matter. A women always wants that during pregnancy she should resides with her husband at her matrimonial house. But in your situation, my opinion is talk with your other family members and took decision on this matter. Remember that, your wrong step will ruin the life of your whole family. Another option is if your family members did not accept her, then you can take rented house with Tenancy Agreement in the name of your Wife.

First and foremost you have to decide whether you want a divorce or want to settle the issue. Further action depends on your decision. Presuming that both of you want a divorce it is better to go for divorce by mutual consent and arrive at an amicable settlement.

If your wife has left the home the first and foremost thing to safeguard you is filing a police complaint wherein all the details regarding your wife has to be mentioned.Secondly you have absolute remedy in law seeking restitution of conjugal rights wherein a legal notice can be served on her right away and thereafter a matter under section 9 can be filed and ask her to fulfill her matrimonial obligations if she doesn't does so then its a ground for divorce. Please contact for further details thanks.
