Sir divorse agar one sided hai to uska faisla cort kitne din main deti hai ... And kharche ka case ka faisla kab tak hoga kunki main apne pati se alag rah rahi hu 2 bacchiyo ke sath... Mujhe is samay kharche ke bahut jaroorat hai kunki main koi kaam nahi karti hu.. To mujhe kitni tarikho ke baad kharcha milega sirf ek tarikh ke baad ya aur bhi time le sakti hai court

normally ek side ke divorce main 2-3 saal lag jate hain. Baki is baat par depend karta hai ki kis District Court main case pending hai.
U/s 125 Cr.P.C. ke antargt Maintenance award hone main 6-8 months lag jate hain. Bahut kuch Judge aur Court main pending cases par depend karta hai.

agar aapka divorce case one sided file hua hai to court 6 mahine ka time dega aur uske baad hi aapka case decide ho payega agar opposite party koi objection nahi karti hai to. lekin kharche ke case ke faisle ka koi time nahi hota hai, wo court ke oopar hai aur aapke oopar. agar aur koi madad chahiye ho to humse contact kar lijiyega, aapko samjha denge.
