Revision petition for Interim maintenance u/s 125 crpc against order

My wife filed interim maintenance application u/s125 and she has also file DV , 498a and RCR also . my salary as per affidavit is 73 k in hand and also i have also shown 22k home loan EMI. And my father is diabetic foot submitted medical proof of same also but Family Court Principal judge in haryana granted interim of 16 k per month . In order mentioned that respondent if home loan EMi is on higher side he can get it lessoned. please advice should i go to High Court

Yes why not, you should challange the order, if circumstance changes....if you are not able to pay, then you should file the revision petition against 125crpc order...for further details do contact....

yes you can file a revision petition for altering the interim maintenance. You get it reduce by showing that your wife is earning on her own or has another source of income. You can even show that you have another EMI going on or your existing EMI has been increased.
there can be other ways also by which we can get this done.

hello sir according to your query you can go to the High Court civil miscellaneous application 482 CRPC for challenge this order and your consequence orders as like as your father medical report your loan EMI and your mother and family transactions everything show that in court .. further query please call me
