Filed divorce notice issued but returned what should be the next step

I have filed a divorce case in Court (I am male, Hindu at present not staying with my wife) Court notice has been returned mentioning Premises locked 9Sent by Regd. Post) What is the next way to serve the notice

U must ask your advocate as you might be paying him. Ofcourse you have to show service of notice then only it will be ordered exparty. U have to find out whether they live on same address or not then you may resend it. Last step is you may serve it by gazzet or publication in newspaper paper. For More you may call me

You can apply for substituted service before the Hon'ble court. The court may pass an order for service by way of affixation or by way publication or if you have any alternet address of the respondent you file the same in the court.

Inform the court about the non delivery.Therefore look for alternate address if any??If not then ask for dasti summons under rule 9A. There are different modes of service of summons and can be implemented at various stages.
