Why dasti process is necessary? What’s the benefit of it ?

As I told earlier also that my husband never came in divorce case and 125 case . Which is running in family court . Now judge said that girl should do dasti . May I know what is the benefit of it ? Why court itself does the same ? Why dasti process is compulsory ? Why judge is not doing any favourable decisions against me ? It’s been more than two years I am suffering. I have showed my articles list and bill and my medical bills too. Still no positive response I got . Shall I understand that I will not get the justice. That’ll why judge is not considering my situation,problem postponing my case again and again ?
helo, in Dasti you have to go along with process server and point out the address of your hushband... it's quite surprise that nothing happens in your case since 2 yearsif your case is from delhi feel free to contact us you will get justice.

it's only your husband who will pay u your maintenance and if he is not served the notice then judge will give date to locate him at last by publication he will be served and expartee order will go in favour of you .dast means give notice to ur husband directly through your hand .It's good if he comes to court other way it is delay but justice is not denied at all.

It’s the due process of law, it’s not delaying things at all! Judge can’t do anything beyond the process ! Things which you are talking are procedural but don’t worry you will get justice as per the law
