Can sister in law take any legal action against family

my younger bro marriage held last 6 month before. After that me and my whole family mom dad even my younger suffered her (younger bro wife) behave her mom came again by again at our home and take her Daughter without our family permission and when they reached at home she called us I will not come your home, your family is not good lots of time I and my family persuade her my times but she did not understand ,even she did not maintain physical relation with my brother. She always called you are mad, in case she take legal action or allegation

Yes! She can take action against all of you after leveling false and frivolous allegations . If you are really think that she is going to take any action anainst you then you should take precaution.

She may lodge an FIR against all the family member for harassment. She can ask for divorce as well as maintenance. In short she has many option she wants to ruin your life. If she files any case against you and your family. Talk to me or any lawyer whom you want to engage. Don't be afraid, now the girls' are using their right as a weapon. Court also understands such issue. Revert me if anything happened.

well u can file acase of hrrasment befor local police station regarding her act .with any cause refuse for physical relation is cruelty also to say mad is a Act of cruelty . if she want to take action u intimate police that lady want to involve me in any false case .case of perjury will be regd against that lady

Ys. She can take legal action against u, she can file a FIR u.s. 498A, 406 of indian penal code. Generally ladies are misusing the law. She can file 4-5 cases against u and ur family fr harassing u and ur family
