Q: Taking care of property from last 40 years how can we claim it ?

We're taking care of a land from past 40 years. Now the landowner is threatening us to take back the land, He gave us without enforcement. We've no legal papers of it. The land is still barren, We took care and didn't used it in any incorrect way. Please help us to keep the land. My uncle was also the partners with the landowner. what is supreme court judgement on possession of property ?

Ys u can claim it if u have adverse possession wothout the permission of the landlord. It is depend of u to proof that u have adverse possession of property. If u cannot proof adverse possession than u can not claim. Than u can claim that u are a tenant. It is better option to u.

Q: Do you have to declare marital status in government application ?

Dear Sir, I am 24 yrs girl. i want to marry a boy but my parents are against of this. So we decided to marry in arya samaj mandir. But we want that our marriage remain confidential. As i am preparing for goverment exams so i have to fill many forms so if we do marriage is it necessary to mention there that I am married or i can fill it single?? Is hiding marital status in govt job crime? plz solve my query asap

In matrimonial matters, the court can not force you to execute the decree; it is dependent upon you to take your wife into your house or not. They can give a divorce because cruelty that has been done. But the court can not force you to take your wife back from your house. Therefore, you should live tension-free.

Q: Can i file for divorce on behalf of my son

My son is an Nri. We are from hindu relig.He got married to a girl residing in Delhi only on papers. However marriage certificate was issued by arya samaj sansthan. Its been one year he had been married then my son went back to Australia in the meantime we were applying for spouse visa. But due to some issues my son cancelled the visa application. Girl is l ready for divorce but I want that my son should not come nd I cud file the case on the basis of power attorney. Is it possible? Wot action I can take against Dem

Q: Physical and mental harassment by in laws for dowry

My marriage takes place last year in December 2014, and since after 2 months, my husband and my in law are harassing me both mentally and physically for dowry. My husband don't listen to me, he listens to his family members and whatever they say he do that. If i say some of my personal talks to him, he shares that with his whole family and abuse me in front of all. I am living like a dead in that house. They ask dowry from my parents. I just want to live away from my inlaws with my husband but they don't allow me. Once he will leave his parents and siblings, i know my marriage will work.
