Dear Client
The terms and conditions of mutual consent divorce sheet are binding on both the parties. You will have to get it drafted through a competent lawyer very carefully. Howevwr the rights of child remain intact even after divorce between parents. You can contact on phone for details.

Dear Sir, Mutual Consent does not mean Right of Maintenance or other Rights suspended. It means you are doing your settlements without following the complicated and long process of law and a immediate relief for both.
