Marriage ke ek saal tak divorce ka case nahi ho sakta hai. Aap ke husband marriage ko null aur avoid ke liye appel kar sakte hai. Aap ke husband ko kya patha hai ye aap ki dusri marriage hai.aap apne husband se samasya ke samadhan ke liye un se khud baat karo

As per the provisions of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 your husband cannot file a divorce petition against you unless and until there are reasons as enumerated in Section 13 of the Act and a copy of the same will be served to you to contest the same. You can wait for some more time and thereafter file a suit for restitution of conjugal rights in case you want to continue with the relationship.
