Wife was raped when she was a minor can she file complaint now

Respected sir/Madam My wife was rapes by someone. Then her Age was 8 years old and now she was 22 years old (married). after rape till now she can not said anyone of family members (for some reason). But before 7 days she told me her this sad full this story. Now I want justice of my wife. Can I take any action against rapiest? please give me some solution as soon as possible.
Yes you can file complaint now for your wife and for her grievances. Although complaint is time barred but she can approach th concernd department for legal action against the accused person. She has courage to fight her case

There is no legal bar in filing the complaint now. Though limitation may be a difficulty, but at least there is no legal bar. It may also be difficult to collect evidence etc., I do not know. POCSO Act may also be invoked. Place of occurrence of the crime is also important.
