kindly ask your partner over writing to provide the same documents over to you to be send by post so that you can get such blank signed papers back in your custody. If your partner fails to do the same, you should be aware that some manipulation has happened and you can take action accordingly with due process of law.

Hi, first of all kindly check those receipts if you've otherwise, or you've to get those signed blank papers return intelligently from your partner, after getting those papers you should check that there's having any difference in handwriting or not. After you confirm that your partner had really done this just lodge one G.D.E. or FIR U/s 468 IPC with those conclusive proof in your local police station against your partner.

No. If she doesn't use it or claim anything within 3 years then it will be barred by limitation. As the undersigned validity is 3 years she has to use it within 3 years form the date. If she does so you can sue her in a fraud case.

If you recollect in your memory that how much signature you have put on the blank paper, you will make a G.D. before the Police Station for lost it from your office/Chember etc, And after elepsing 2-3 days you should issue a legal notice to return the same from your partner.
This is step.
