I am a christian girl and i want to marry my boy friend who is hindu .We both are eligible for marraige how much fee do we require and how many witness from both groom and bride side required.

U have to get married under special marriage act by giving a intimation to him 30 days before. Fees depends upon the place and registration. On the date of marriage you need to have 2 witnesses from each side.



Q: How to enforce property distribution under Muslim Law

My uncles don't want to distribute our ancestral property. my father is dead. we are facing problem. we don't have proper house to leave. they are not intended to do any property division. What should I do. how I can take my share.? I'm Muslim.

You can always claim your share. You have to file a suit for partition under Succession Act. If your father is dead father's share will be equally dristributed among mother, brother, and daughter. . .



Q: Legal action municipality can take against temporary construction

I have extended of my balcony & window , first floor less than 1feet for security on air at the side of road by grill, which is temporary by giving information to local ward Councillor & local municipality five years ago Now can any flat owner create objection on that after 5 years? We are six flat owners & have no by laws & also not registered, It is running by understanding with all owners. Can municipality dismantle the temporary structure after 5 years? what is the maximum time period for create an objection on any construction constructed by flat owner? If municipality issue me a notice regarding the matter for remove the same can I go to court against the municipality?

Municipal corporation have to issue a notice 30 days before dismantling a construction. You can always file a writ petition challenging the notice. Since your tenancy agreement is not there flat owner cannot raise any objections.

Hi, I am a Sikh and getting married to a Sikh, who is a US citizen. I am a resident of Calcutta and my marriage is going to happen in Punjab, on October. I want to register my marriage within one or two days after the wedding ceremony. Which place do I need to register my marriage​, in Punjab or Calcutta? Also, should I get my marriage registered under Hindu Marriage Act or Special Marriage Act ?

You can get your marriage registered under foreign marriage act. You can intend a notice to the marriage registerer in writing not less than 30 days. Since you are getting married in Punjab u need to get urself registered by a marriage registerer in Punjab.

Mere mama ki biwi bina divorce bhaag gyi h sath me apne 6 saal ki beti ko le gyi aur 12 saal ke ladka ko chordi .. uska affair family member me se hogaya hai.. jo mere uncle hai.. woh bar me kaam karte hai aur unka track record bhot khrb hai aur woh ladki supply karte hai..! Yeh pure area ko pata hai..! 6 saal ki bachi unke saath safe nahi.! Woh bachi ko bhot khrb area me rakhe hai.! Agar bache ki custody baap ko mil jati hai toh bache ko aachi education enviroment milegi.! Toh kya procedure se jana hoga ? Aur indian law me kya 6 saal ki bachi ka custody baap ko milega ?

Saabse pehle app divorce file maat kro. Jab taak app divorce file nahi krte taab taak shaadi nahi hogi under Hindu Marriages act. File suit for custody under gaurdians Ward act to get the custody of the child
