hi sir/madam, i m involved in a case of murder . there was 19 witness 11 hostile only police and some hearing witness bt as u know the system of our country due to the corrupt police officer and other people they are taking months and months years by years .so can i go to supreme court,to make a faster decision.

You can definitely file a complaint against such a malicious activity. You have to make complaint to appropriate authority as soon as possible.
