False 340 CRPC case filed against me, what can be done

Section 340 of crpc is maintainable to punish the persons who make false claims and produce fake documents in court.you filed separate petition under section 340 before concerned court to punish guilty After receive said petition the court will take it on file order notice to other party seek explanation from him and commit him to judicial magistrate to produce sureties and did all other things as told in 340. Orders passed under section 340, so aggrieved parties filed appeal under section 341 of crpc.in this context court includes civil criminal or revenue or any tribunal established by government but not include arbitrator. So private complain is not maintainable since aggrieved party is the concerned court in that false claims are made so you seek relief inside concerned court not normal judicial magistrate

We have to get the direction from the high Court to quash the F I R and need get stay for further proceedings. When the court believes that the document is a fabricated. One and the statement is a false one it will surely protect you.
