Credit card fraud transaction from SBI bank what to do

On 29th dec i got a call frm a person and he claimed that he was a sbi officer and upgrading my card. I suspected and asked about my latest transactions and he told correctly. So i gave my cvv n otp details. within 30 mints he transacted for 48k in amazon. As soon as i got sms i calld up sbi to stop d payment. But they strictly said no and i sent mail to feedback, nodalofficer @sbi card. No response. I m poor housewife and because of dis my husband fights with me every day. I complained cybrcrime chennai police. No response. Lost money n unpleasnt daily life. I m so depressed. Pls help me out what i can do.
File a complaint in cyber crime and also give a written complaint to Sri at respective branch. Also get the acknowledgement FIR both the complaints. Moreover block your card immediately without delay. . . .

At chennai, recently online police complaint facility commenced. Utilize this and follow-up your complaint. Visiting the police station is useless since they will not bother about low-value loss!
