Two FIRS filed in year 2005 were filed against me one for burnt car and other under IT ACT for abusive emails by my manager but in Domestic disciplinary enquiry he managed to prove thru influence of Enquiry officer but police cancelled one FIR under IT ACT in year 2014 or 2012 by taking his statement but I was never called for enquiry .The other FIR police filed as case untraced Since both FIR 's were filed after I was suspended which shows malafide false Firs .SINCE I belong to scheduled caste can I file case under SC atrocity Act and under 182 Ipc against manager,.police says time barred
