is it possibel to get a thief punsihed for an laptop stolen by him. In case hehad given in writtent that he was sitting outisde of the room during minutes laptop was stolen and said after this that owner of laptop hadweak moery and he had left alptop somewhere else. After this if POlice wont recover stolen item from him. Than also will he be pUnished as he ahd given this in writtent taht he was outside of laptop woner room when laptop was stolen, after which he kpet on trying to prove pwner meeory weak, in which he fails.
