Hi, I would like to know that the ancestral property sold by my father can be reclaimed by me or not ? Is there a way to put pressure on my father not to sell ancestral property further ? And, how can I ask a share in the ancestral property that has been sold ? can a father sell his ancestral property without consent of son?, My father owns ancestral property in Saharanpur(UP).

Q: How to add car parking in flat agreement and in sale deed ?

Hi, I am planning to buy a builder floor in a building where there are total 8 units(2 units on 4 floors). Builder is telling that he will provide 1 car parking rights in stilt parking area to all the units owner. The total area of stilt floor available for parking is approx 900 sq ft (15*60) excluding staircase area and lift. My doubt is considering the size of the available parking space, it will be difficult to park 8 cars. If all the owners buys car which are able to fit in 6ft*15ft, then everyone will be able to park properly. In the above situation, in context of sale deed what clause should be added in it to ensure all the owners comply to 6ft*15ft car allotment dimension. Is such a clause valid in sale deed, if anyone challenges it in future. Just to add as this is a builder floor, there is no possibility of RWA, society to resolve this issue in future in case of conflict. what is the supreme court judgement on car parking in flats ?, Please help.

For this purpose first of all you have to see. Weather your local Development Authority authorise such plan? For this purpose you have not mentioned the area to which you belong and what is the local Development Authority.

2015 mai meri girl friend ne mere upar 354d,506,509 ipc ke FIR kar diya .abhi mai bail par hu .jo ki puri jhuti FIR hai .kya mai high court mai 482 dhara se chalenge kar sakta hu ..mere pass sirf 4-5 photos hai sath mai .or facebook chating .kya mai fight kar sakta hu .usene FIR mai likhwaya hai mai uska pichha karta tha .pareshan karta hai .contact karne ki kosis karta tha ...kya relationship ke 4-5 photo or facebook chating se mai 482 ipc high court mai sumbit karke chalenge kar sakta hu .ya mujhe jhute case mai jail jana hi padega

Now you are on bail so you need no worries. But you should be vigilant about the action taken by that side whether they had applied for cancellation of bail or not until and unless they will not apply for cancellation of bail they cannot put you into the jail.
