Boyfrind promised to marry in front of magistrate not denying

I filed 376 charges against my boyfriend. but I accepted in front of magistrate that I will take the charges back if he marry me. He agreed at that time but then against denying. How should I do
As you have already given statement in the court believe me nothing is left now.
Whatever happened was an act of consent now as you have yourself accepted it.
Tru to forget it coz now even if u convince him to marry u bothbcan never be happy.
And ingredient of 376 is not there.
And if u will forget your past and from now u will look forward you will be a happy girl coz people dont accept girls who raises 376 etc.
just forget the past n live in future dont waste money n energy on cases.
