Sir, Such kind of behaviour of her may indulge you in unnecessary legal hardships. Though you have not mentioned the complete facts so a thorough discussion is required with you. But you have to be very careful and try to ask her the reason of such aggressive behaviour. After discussion, if any, you may be advised to take few legal steps so as to safe your self as it has been observed many times that these kind of aggressive people accidentally commits sucide in order to threaten his/her partner.

Q: What is the procedure to divide a land among brothers

<p>my father are 4 brothers, we are living outside from last 30yr from our village. Now when we are saying to partition of our land then those are agree but they are offering us to take which is backside of the road and have least value, and they want front side. this is common account number. and this land already transferred to all 4 after our grandfather passed. How can we do in this case legally? Please help..</p>

You have to file a partition suit in the concerned court along with all the facts. No one can be deprived of his right to property and equality. In your case though all the members of your family are ready for partition but mere equal measurement of the land for the purpose of division is not sufficient as the value of the property is to be calculated.

Q: Boyfrind promised to marry in front of magistrate not denying

I filed 376 charges against my boyfriend. but I accepted in front of magistrate that I will take the charges back if he marry me. He agreed at that time but then against denying. How should I do

Q: Employer not paying post job benefits

<p>Hv worked for 10.5 yrs Max Speciality Film Ltd.(a unit of Max India). Had to leave as they were closing their division. I was assured benefit under company&#39;s internal VRS scheme. Although its only on official email conversation as this scheme was under wraps. There are other benefits like Payment collection incentive, PF, Gratuity, leave settlement, etc. I am yet to get even single component. Their plea is pending C Forms from customers. I even did not get any relieving letter and experience letter.. I have been chasing with top mgmt for past 4 months over mail but no avail. Pls guide.</p>

<p>Me and my boyfriend got married in a temple and then registered in the court without telling our parents we are not even living together . We still lives with our parents separately. We don&#39;t think that this marriage can work . We have tried very hard to make adjustments but some how its not possible.
