Blackmail by some one what to do

I have only one question right now is it possible to dodge rape attempt against me ,whom I did not meet almost 2 and half years ,also I did not do that too ;So is that possible;But I met with her 2 and half years ago ,and gave some money ;I have promissory note that she will refund it after 2 years ,all transition I have used cheque (account Payee) but I am going to sue that person as she stole my money,now can she dodge rape attempt as she said so if I sue her she can do that ; But before taking action against her I have another question if she charges rape against me ,will police send me lock up for some time ? Will police keep me in jail upto certain time period ,until I do not get bail in this circumstances ;
MY OPINION THAT i have follow your clear submission , i think that you have so many legal ways that escape from all the problems which you have seriously thinking about, these all issues are depends upon the positive legal evidences, if the proves are activated.

apparently the answer of your question is no. But, there is no absolute answer. Any one can lodged a complaint against any body except against President of India. No one have absolute immunity to be sued. Probability can not be waived. Contact an expert personally, he will properly guide you.

If you take in shelter before the Law Forum against said lady, you will win, because, he has no defence at all and due to such reason, she Blakmill you. She only use word for lodging FIR and result is your fearness. if you came forward by way to overcome your fear upon herself, then you see, the Law will go its own course. So don't take fear came forward.
