Anticipatory Bail maintainable if first is timed bound?

1st Anticeptory bail granted by the Hon'ble Court on some condition but appellant failed to fullfil with in time period. Is 2nd Anticipatory bail applicaton maintainable for the same appellant ? If yes on what circumstance ?
Not required...File a Petition for extension of time to fulfill the anticipatory bail conditions.So you will be granted time

if the bail conditions are not met within stipulated time , then the 2nd bail application has to be moved citing the reasons for non compliance of first bail order and the grounds for non compliance. It is highly likely that the 2nd bail application will be considered favourably, depending on the genuine reasons for non compliance. Need to know the reasons for non compliance in order to provide the appropriate response for 2nd bail application.

no actually the court have power to either cancel, relax and grant bail and non-fulling of conditions will amounts and weekens the chances of getting bail second time so you can file report with the IO stating the grounds and non fullfuling of conditions
