What is the time fixed in land acquisition according to 3d Gazette of nhai ? If rti2005 file to distt land officer and he do not reply for rti 2005 and higher appellate authority without fining pio pass order to pio to reply rti 2005 but he not interested to follow the order and second appellate authority dismiss the appeal with giving baseless reason far from law what Can appealling person to next? If gezette made for land acquisition and total plot showing as building on land but do not show the type of buildig on plot and competition giving as domestic instead of commercial asl and building useing in commercial building purpose what to do?

I would like to inform you that as per the law you can claim your right before the Distric land Acuision Authority regarding your grievances and so the appropriate documents before that authority and claim your grievances. If he will not pay then you are free to file title suit. You should file state information authority under RTI and then after you can file Central information authority for information.
