injunction is usually valid for a period of thirty days, now it depends what type of injunction you have got, i have to go through the order copy of the injunction, thereafter only i can provide clear legal advice

if it is Ad-interim then it is valid for 30 days and u may extend the same time to time by filing application and if it is permanent in nature then it may valid till disposal of the suit. Pls follow order of the Ld. Court.

Sir,
I think u have properly gone through the order. If it is so ordered without fixing d period of Injunctions, it may b a short mistake of the learned court. In that case kindly file an application before the concerned court for modification of the said order, seeking period of interlocutory injunction.

MY OPINION THAT I read your matter, and i think that in civil suit matter the course of injunction is different types, may it is still disposal of case, may be it is temporary injunction which is actually cause related, all depends upon what is the suit, what are actual cause of cation, what are the related terms.

Look, At the time of Filling of a Suit there is another Petition Under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 of C.P.C, which is called Injunction Petition. On the date of filling the suit ld. Court should hear this Petition and pass the following type of orders Like :- (1) Ad Interim Injunction till the next date, (2) Rejected at this stage, Show Cause notice will issued against the Defendant, (3) Status Que will maintain till the date of next hearing. Now in connection with the Order No.1 and Order No.3 each and every date, Plaintiff should file Extension petition for extend the Injunction for another period, which will continue till the hearing of Injunction Petition with both side or either Ex party. That after hearing the Injunction Petition either ex party or from both side and on the date of passing Order the Ld. Court either Reject the Injunction Petition or to allow Injunction on Status Quo mode till the disposal of the suit. Then the Injunction will remain till the disposal of the main Suit. No extension petition will be require.
