Transfer of ZP Primary Teacher

Maharashtra Govt. has been issued Notification regarding merging of 34 fringe villages in pune municipal corporation on 24/05/2014,procedure for the same is going on,final decision not taken till date,in this situation can Pune ZP tranfer their primary teacher working in these villages.
Yes, the local bodies/ can transfer the employees/ teachers anytime they want to as per the discretion and requirement in the requisite areas. As there is a merger of 34 villages the local bodies can transfer the teachers as per the requirements
