Society Proposing Reconstruction without conveyance

03-Nov-2023 (In Civil Law)
Hi. I am Hindu and have a flat. Our building is roughly 28 years old. Recently there has been a discussion promoted by some members to get the building reconstructed. Some members of society are local political members and convincing the society members to agree to get a builder to demolish the building and construct new towers. The said land is still name of the owner and was not transferred to society by the original builder. The property hasn't be evaluated by a structural engineer and legitimacy of need for re-construction is not established. Since there is influence and interest of local politicians some local members worried of possible risk of giving approval. I need advise on how and best way to move forward ensuring this doesn't endanger current residents' interests and they don't get duped/misled.

U need to conduct the General body meeting of the society with this kind of serious issue. Let the member discuss this issue and decided the further course of action in order to avoid future loss to society members.
