Right of step brother in my mother's property

Sir I am Hindu my name is laxmi my father had done 2 marriages w1&w2 when w1 died my father married to w2 who is my mother .my mother in her service period baught a property in her name with her own money and in patta my father name is also there as she is her wife. w1 has a son ,my mother expired in2008 &and my father expired in2009 can my step brother w1 son has share in my mothers property if he claims.
