Requirement for setting up a restaurant bar in jaipur

I want to open a restaurant bar in jaipur and want to know the technical issues and minimum requirements for this business.
This is an issue related to mainly two departments one is excise and another is Municipal corporation , since you are intended to open restaurant too you need to have your enterprise / business register with department of hotel , since environmental issue is there in hotel so you need to seek permission i.e. consent to operate from the Rajasthan pollution Control board also.
