Good day sir, Mere father ko mere dada ji ne unke bade bhai ko unki seva or Timaardari ke Lihaj se 1986 me God de diya tha..kyuki Unki umar 70 years ki ho chuki thi or unke Aage piche koi nhi tha Or Na hi Unke Pass Apni koi Nizi Chal Or Achal Sampatti thi.. Jab God nama Likhwaya Gya tab mera Born ho Chuka tha or Meri Age Us Samay 9 month ki thi.. jiska Pura Spashti karan Godnaame me Saaf Likha Gya he Jo Rajistard bi he, Mera Ek Small brother bi he jiska Born mere father ke God Chale jaan ke Baad hua he.. Mere Real Dada ji ka Dehaant 2 Month Pahle hi hua he.. Tab mere uncle Ne Es Baat ka Fayda Uthate hue mere father ko bola he Tum Pahle hi Taau ji ke yaha God chale Gye The, Tumara Ab koi Right nhi he Pitaji ki Property Pr..Sir mere Real dada ji ne meri Parvrish ki he Unhone hi muje Padhaya he Or meri marriage bi karvai he,Mere 2 bete bi he Or ye unki self Property thi, shree Maan se me yhi Puchna chahta hu ki Kya Mera Mere Natural Dada ji ki Property Me koi Right Banta he Ya Nhi..?
see, there are many cases where courts have solved complex situation as far as adoption is concerned if it has happend the person who was then adopted does not have right but at the same time being a grand son, father who has gone for adoption has right once he was born earlier and grandfather had property but who has been born after adoption his right can be challanged rest court will decide it is some technical case but yes your point if valid and you can contact for legal advice.
