Property suit dismissed by district court is it maintainable

my greatgrandfather purchased three lands in same village.in1911,1921,1936 in his name,two lands has been sold by his grandsons,my greatgrandfather's brother sons have filed suit,claiming it as jointfamily property,the suit was dissmissed under order7rule11,after 6years they have filed suit in district court for the same cause,is it sustainable

no, it is not maintainable in the eyes of law. Once the case is dismissed under order 7 rule 11 (rejection of plaint). if the matter is on same grounds then at the very moment the case would be dismissed.
