Dear sir,am was lived in puduchathiram,near of port nova. My village leaders(thalaivargal),was abuse money of temple and they never developed my country.so,my country youths are started and worked for my country. So,we think about of my country developement in better idea.so,we think we start narpani mandram in my country. So,we need help.please help what is a rules and regulations in narpani mandram start.thank you.
