Procedure to transfer case from district court to session court

how to transfer my case from disritct&session court to high court mumbai.pls suggest prosses. Thanking you.
Taking into consideration your query.
Any case cannot be just transferred from lower court to the high court unless it is the following :
1. An appeal is preferred by the any of the parties to suit, after due order & decree by the district court.
2. The high court has jurisdiction to entertain the said civil suit directly.
In such cases only the above can be done.
