Procedure to complaint in NGT for polluting sewers in forest area

Dear Sir / Madam, We are a company based at Dehradun, Uttarakhand and we are very much disturbed by the pollution of Naalas in Forest Area by nearby residents, marriage halls etc. We feel that the NGT would be right forum to approach but do not know the process to file the complaint. Kindly guide us for the same.
Dear Sir before approaching the NGT I certainly feel the need to go through the documents and photographs of the spot. I have been doing NGT cases for the companies in the industrial area of haridwar as well as restaurants. High Court of uttarakhand at Nainital has a very limited jurisdiction over the pollution related matters and to approach and file original application in NGT we need a string ground to convince the bench against state pollution board and state of uttarakhand. I would also like to know whether you have raised this issue before concerned departments or not by writing them any representation? Before approaching courts I would like to see your conduct and seriousness in regard to this problem. For further queries you may contact or meet me. Regards

Yes you can move to NGT through Director. First you have to send a representation to the state body and to the state pollution control board. After that when no action is take by the concern authority you can file in NGT
