RTI के तहत मांगी गई जानकारी ३० दिनों में प्रदान करना अनिवार्य है। आप संबंधित प्रथम अपीलय प्राधिकारी को अपील कर सकते हैं। आपने यह उल्लेख नहीं किया कि आपको RTI का आवेदन कर कितना समय हो चुका है। ३० दिवसों पश्चात आप अपील करें।
