27-Aug-2023 (In Civil Law)
I have found a citation of Bombay High court and it is very important for me to submit in court. but my lawyer who left my case told me that the citation print out has to be taken from official website for submitting in court. is it true?? because citation have all details of case in it's print. Please tell me how i can submit it in court....??? Case is for argument and i have decided to 'appear in person' in court. My case is civil matter and in district court Pune.

not necessary to take out printout from any official site but citation should be precise and have details such as name of journal(AIR MLJ MLR etc...) and year also with page number it should contain factual aspects of case and name of judges etc...if you want to submit citation you can make a application to the court to submit citation along with the printed copy of citation and see if court permits it. anyway please consult your lawyer before taking such steps.and only citations of high court and supreme court are accepted please note it....
