How to revert publishing rights

I took services of a publishing house for printing and distribution of my poetry book. It has been two years but the house fail to provice me my earnings. I am sure about sales but do not want to argue on that because of unprofessional attitude. I simply want that publishing rights be reverted back to me and the publishers may no longer able take benefit of my partnership. I signed nothing concrete with them. It was simple online email exchange and understanding of terms regarding sales. I hope there ia an easy resolution for this. The publisher or house has not responded to my close contract emails.
By the facts and circumstance as mentioned by you it would be premature to suggest any thing on the legal side. Even if you have no written contract still the emails may constitute a contract but it could be seen only after examining the emails.
