How to get relief in case of delayed Condonation

18-Apr-2023 (In Civil Law)
Appeal filed before State commission with a delay of 67 days without any reason, the state commission has dismissed the delay petition and rejected the appeal at admission stage. Is there any positive relief available at National Commission in further appeal or is there any chance of getting delay condoned in further appeal. Please give some suggestion.

Dear Client,
What is the reason for not filing appeal in time. If you have not mentioned the same then now mention the cause in grounds of appeal on the dismissal order now. Convince the Higher Court Judge on that aspect. Engage Expert Advocate to project the cause of non filing of appealin time before Higher Judge tactfully.

If there is no reasonable explanation as such as to why you did not file the case within the time specified under Limitation Act. Now what you can do is either to appeal in the appellate authority, i.e, National Tribunal. You can hire a good lawyer to provide you with a proper and reasonable excuse for the condonation of delay.
